You Are Enough

You are enough.

Yes, you are.

No amount of rejections or losses or missed opportunities can change the fact that you are more than enough to be worthy of love, joy, peace, and health.  No matter who you are! ⠀

It's easy to place the blame of our feelings of unworthiness on others. It's certainly valid - the world can be a cruel place with lots of opinions that we may or may not have even asked for.

We also all have that inner critic inside our heads. That voice we hear telling that us we're not good enough, or smart enough, or worthy. It's that voice that we hear telling us:

"Who are you to be showing up online?"

"Why are you wearing that? It doesn't look good on you."

"You're never going to win, so why even try?"

"You aren't ready for your presentation. You might make a fool of yourself."

This voice is all too familiar to a lot of use.

But what if we chose not to believe them?

What if we chose to brush off that voice we hear that always discourages or belittles us?

If someone told us that our favorite person in the world wasn't enough, we'd stand up for our loved ones and tell that person to bug off.

What if we did the same for ourselves?

So, the next time you hear someone or even yourself telling you that you CAN'T, thank them for their opinion and be on your way.

You are too good, too precious, and too worthy to listen to those voices.

The only one who can decide whether or not you feel like you are enough is you. And it's not easy. Not by a long shot.

But when start to actualize and believe that the power to be worthy not only lies within us but has always been there, we can find the freedom to heal from past hurts and live boldly.
