Contemplation, first recorded by the Greeks, is something almost exclusively connotated with that upmost aggressive and dangerous species on Earth: the human. Yet, captured within the whimsical shadows and breakthrough lighting of the artwork, we spy upon the serene Koala, spectacularly caught in what only can be construed as being lost in reflections; reflections about the world, its identity, separate from every other Koala in the forest, and experiencing the now. Contemplation, as done amongst bamboo leaves and being simply, "Koala."
