Feeling anxious or depressed? Having a difficult time with overcoming obstacles in your life? I am passionate about helping you find a solution to live life and experience the happiness in all you are. I am committed to walk your journey with you and will provide a safe and nurturing experience for you step by step. Together, I will work with you towards a more joyful and meaningful purpose. My areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist with successful outcomes with adults, children, families, couples, in both individual and group sessions. I also provide help with difficulties at work, school, and in relationships. I use a variety of treatment methods. You and I together can discuss what works best for you. In addition to traditional therapies, I also utilize the expressive arts, including somatic movement therapy, which provides insight with the use of art, movement, and a deeper insight into the mind-body-spirit experience. Over the past 10 years, I have gained valuable experiences working in clinics and a private practice. I also have developed the skills to provide you with the necessary tools to understand and work with your spirituality, issues later in life, family conflict, and finding your meaning in life. Prior to obtaining my MSW from Fordham University in 2005, I worked with families and children, older adults, and have gained a wealth of experience, I feel compliment my current work. Thank you for visiting my bio and if you have any questions at all please take the first step and feel free to call me.
