Hello, I am Shannon Trevino! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with 5 years of providing counseling for those in need. I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern. I received my bachelors in psychology from Fort Hays State University. I completed my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP accredited program also at Fort Hays State University. I have worked in many different settings. I am a passionate, empathetic therapist with strong counseling skills. I have experience with anxiety, depression, couples issues, LGBTQ+, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, PTSD and more. I take a person centered approach and pride myself on working with clients to develop their own unique and personal treatment plan. I create a safe yet casual space where clients are encouraged to express themselves freely. I am very empathetic and understanding. I am driven and find my passion is in helping clients achieve their goals. I am committed to providing a sincere, kind and judgement free environment.
