Hello, my name is Oumou, an LMSW providing evidence-informed counseling and guidance to assigned clients.  I also have experience in intensive assessments, engagement and interventions. I believe in working with clients to identify their strengths to create a treatment plan that will help them reach their milestones. Additionally, I would like to work for an organization like yours, which has a reputation for ensuring that clients who need support, always receive the best care available. During my 12 years in the field, I helped my clients overcome challenges such as depressive symptoms, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. I have worked extensively with various populations and have the ability to communicate clearly when interacting with individual from all social backgrounds.
