Hello, I am TeNecia Funches! I'm an English speaking licensed professional counselor supervisor with 14 years of experience providing individual and couple’s counseling to clients in need.  I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and my first Masters in Mental Health Counseling and second Masters in General Psychology from Capella University. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to work through anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. I have published two books. One discussing self-confidence and one discussing social anxiety. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addressing individual concerns regarding anxiety and self-confidence.
