Introduction
I’m so glad to meet you. Many clients come to see me because they are experiencing loss, serious or chronic illness, or struggling with grief. Others have a sense that something is not right. I have specific experience and training in helping individuals and their families navigate psychosocial challenges of grief, loss and serious illness.
I use narrative therapy techniques, inviting clients to engage in the stories of their lives, and the stories they tell themselves about their lives. In my practice, nothing is unspeakable, and while our work may at times feel heavy, I love finding opportunities for levity and even humor as well.
Knowing something isn’t right, and listening to the inner voice that tells you to reach out for help takes courage. I’m honored to help you make meaning of what is happening in your life, and know that we can work together to find cracks to let the light get in.
