Hello, I am Latoya! I have over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in integrative and trauma focused therapy in addition to EMDR. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Hilbert College and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College. Since then, I have worked in various clinical settings, developing strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. As a passionate and empathetic therapist, I have experience leading clients through various strategies of stress reduction, trauma resolution, and adaptive coping strategies. My clinical experience, compassion, and empathy allow me to support and assist those willing to make positive changes in their lives. I provide a safe and supportive space to work together to overcome traumas and barriers, specializing in addressing trauma, stress management, mindfulness, healthy coping strategies, and overall symptom reduction.
