Hello, My name is Dorethia Delridge. I understand that life has its many ebbs and flows. This may bring about wanting and needing someone to assist with navigating the many emotional stressors that today’s events bring about. I am here to assist you with direction and understanding of these many emotional pains and trauma. I have experience in multiple roles within the mental health field. These include mental health technician and advocate, mental health associate as well as case manager before obtaining a master’s degree in social work at Wayne State University. I am able to assist through CBT, DBT, Motivational interviewing as a few of the approaches to my treatment style. I am a solution-focused therapist looking to assist in many areas of mental health wellness issues that require professional strategies.
