Hello, I am Christopher LaPierre. I am a Licensed Therapist with a Master's Degree in Social Work with over 16 years of experience in Providing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and many other forms of counseling to clients in need. I earned my Bachelors in Social Work from the University at Albany and my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University at Albany. I've worked in many clinical settings from private practice, hospitals and rehabilitation centers ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss and many other of life's issues. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers.
