Introduction
Hi there, my name is Brittany Ferrari, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Associate. I have worked with adults, children and teens with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more. I have experience with family therapy and group therapy which allows me to understand how relationship dynamics impact us in times of need. I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana State University. I am an eclectic therapist that uses techniques from DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Attachment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Experiental Therapy. I enjoy bringing humor and authenticity in the room, and most of my approach is non directive. I am a sex positive, trans affirming clinician who is LGBTQA+ and Neurodivergent friendly. I believe that every person deserves a safe space to process, heal, and grow in their life’s journey. If the above sounds what you would like to have in a therapist, please reach out to see if we’re a good fit.
