I'm a Licensed Master of Social Worker with five years of experience working with adult mental health and substance abuse concerns in outpatient and inpatient settings and two years of providing Psychotherapy counseling to clients in need. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Texas State University and my Masters in Social Work from University of Texas- San Antonio. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since; including schools, victim services with the court system, and Behavioral Health Hospitals. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders; and work with those who have no official diagnosis but noticing difficulties in their everyday lives or interpersonal relationships. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addressing depression and mood disorders . I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you. I am open minded and eager to learn about the expert you are in your own life . You can count on my empathetic , non- judgmental, and person-centered approach towards every conversation we take part on.
