Hello, I am Kirstin! I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy for clients looking to partner with a professional to work through life's challenges. I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Walden University and have worked in different clinical settings, including outpatient substance abuse treatment and partial hospitalization treatment. I am an empathetic therapist who uses a holistic approach and understands the importance of interpersonal relationships. I have experience leading clients through anxiety disorders, mood disorders, physical and emotional abuse, addictions, and depression. Through compassion and motivation, I support clients to make positive, changes in their lives. I am honored to provide a safe and supportive space working collaboratively with my clients to overcome trauma and barriers. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Relaxation.
