Introduction
I am Ellen Case. I'm an experienced, effective licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT) with ten years of experience providing counseling in private practice and clinics to clients in need. I earned my BA in English from California State University, Sacramento and my first Masters in English and Creative Writing from Mills College in Oakland, CA. I earned my second Masters in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Concord, CA.I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships.I have experience leading clients through recovery from trauma, depression, anxiety, loss and grief. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives.I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavior Therapy andR Relational Psychodynamic Therapy.I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.
