Hello, I am Virginia!  I'm a licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of providing Cognitive Behavioral, Play, Narrative, and Family Systems counseling to clients who have experienced various types of trauma and life stressors.  I earned my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University. I've worked in many different clinical settings in Arizona, New Jersey, and New York City ever since. I am a committed and caring provider with a focus on Social Justice and Trauma Informed approaches. I have a deep understanding of how past experiences contribute to current life struggles. Through talk therapy, experiential exploration, and a person-centered approach, we can work together to identify barriers and embark on your journey to your desired state of well-being. I specialize in Trauma Informed and holistic care. I am fully committed to partnering with my clients to develop a trusting and meaningful therapeutic rapport.  I am kind and direct in my communication. You can count on my empathetic and person-centered approach towards every conversation we take part on. Thank you for taking the first step and trusting me to be part of this very important journey.
