Hello! I am honored that you have decided to take the brave step to better yourself and your life! I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, (P-LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor, (NCC) with 2 years of clinical practice experience. I provide many types of counseling such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, and much more types of counseling to clients in need.   I earned my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University, and my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling  from the University of Louisiana at Monroe . I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through marital issues, depression, anxiety, perinatal needs, family relations, and stress management using an integrative approach with therapy techniques.  Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, stress management , relationship issues, trauma, and perinatal needs.
