Hello, I’m Bryn Blumenthal! I’m a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) counselor who comes from a military family with experience in counseling adolescents and young adults in need. I obtained my Masters degree in Social Work through Walden University. Since obtaining my degree and license, I have provided services in various clinical settings. Through that time, I have provided counseling to those with various struggles, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, coping skills, family, school, and more! I have experience in applying cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. When it comes to engaging in counseling with me, I will provide empathy, a judgement free zone, passion, positivity, and encouragement. We will work together to reach the goals you wish to achieve through our time together and offer my best professional practices to help you.            I am here for you and your mental health needs. Therapy can be scary and you are extremely brave in taking the first step. Thank you for considering me as your therapist, and I look forward to helping you on your journey towards an improved and healthier mental health. Looking forward to meeting with you!
