Denisse Ruiz

Hello, I am Denisse Ruiz, I am Bi-lingual Mental Health Therapist, licensed Social Worker for approximately 7 years. I provided mental health counseling to client in need. I earned my Bachelors in Liberal Arts from Manhattan College and my Master in Social Work from Adelphi University. I have worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am very passionate in assisting individuals and families with assisting and guiding them through different times in their life. I have experience working with clients through issues that pertain to stressors such as loss, anxiety, depression, life changes and behavioral problems. Through clinical experience compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing safe and supportive space , to work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers. I specialized in addressing cognitive behavior, strengths based approach and verbal therapy. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best practice to help you.
