Great to meet you! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of practice experience. I am passionate about helping people develop their best selves and build quality of life! Just as every person is unique, so is every therapeutic process. I use diverse and creative approaches to help each of my clients find their path to success. Everyone can find their path to healing and growth with the right tools and support. I use approaches that are evidence-based and I maintain a therapeutic space that is safe, supportive, and productive. Therapy can be hard work! I meet my clients where they are at and I am there to support my clients as they jump in to their journey for growth and healing. In sessions we will work hard together, we will find solutions and healing, we will share some laughs and build new perspectives.
