Greetings! I'm NaTascha and I would excited and honored to be a part of your journey. First, let share how proud of you I am! I know first hand how difficult and uncomfortable change can be as I have been on this same journey. It will take three things - strength, courage and wisdom. Don't think you have them? No worries! I believe we all have untapped potential so I will help you find and explore all three as we journey together. I'm a Licensed Social Worker and Transformational Life Coach providing therapy and support to clients in need. I have over two decades of experience serving diverse populations. I earned my Bachelors in Behavioral Science/Psychology and my Masters in Leadership from Wilmington University. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have extensive experience leading clients through the journey of recovery, behavioral modification, depression and anxiety. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. Together we will build a plan that will be driven by you toward your desired goal. I provide a safe, supportive space, and partner with you toward overcoming trauma, triggers and barriers that keep you from your desired results. I will bring innovative and custom fit techniques on your journey. Although I specialize in Addictions and Mental Health, I have a strong background in other counseling modalities .
