Allison O'Dell

Hello, I am Allison! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State with 4 years of experience providing counseling to clients in need. I earned my bachelor’s in social work from Keuka College and my master’s in social work from Fordham University. I’ve worked in many different clinical settings including day treatment, outpatient mental health, and school-based mental health. I am passionate about working with individuals and helping them navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationship issues. Using my clinical experience, evidence-based therapies, compassion, and empathy I guide individuals through making positive changes and growth in their lives. I pride myself on providing a safe, trauma-informed, compassionate space for individuals to share their lives and work to overcome trauma and barriers. I specialize in providing CBT/DBT counseling to address anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and personality disorders.
