Introduction
Welcome everyone! My name is Ryan, and I am an Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have been a mental health professional for two and a half years, providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and coaching counseling to clients in need of a little assistance. I earned my bachelor’s degree in communications from King’s College and my bachelor’s in psychology from the University of West Florida. I earned my master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of West Florida. Having worked in different clinical settings since then, such as the Florida Department of Corrections as well as working with college students, I have been afforded the opportunity to work with a diverse client base. If you feel that day to day life can be overwhelming at times, you are not alone! Stress can build, relationships can be difficult, tough challenges can come out of nowhere, and some situations might feel too big to handle on your own. Finding the right counselor is important. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible so you can openly share what is happening in your life. I am confident in my ability to provide a comfortable and open space for you. I look forward to building an authentic connection with you to collaboratively navigate through your concerns and struggles. Thank you for taking the first step and for allowing me to be a part of your journey through life.
