I'm a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counseling with over 8 years of experience providing counseling to clients in need. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome life challenges. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.

My curiosity about others and my ability to actively listen led me to a career in mental health counseling. My years in the field allowed me to work with different individuals in numerous settings like schools, community health centers, and day treatment programs. As I became more experienced in the field, I focused on family therapy, parenting, and working with children and adolescents, though I have training in different areas. My career path has solidified how important it is for individuals to have a safe place to share their stories while being reminded that they have the power to change their narrative.

I firmly believe that a collaborative relationship serves as a source of healing and is key to successful treatment. I have confidence in the idea that you are the expert on your own life; you know your experiences, thoughts, and feelings in detail, better than anyone else. Because of this, you can bring a lot to the table as we problem-solve some of the difficulties you are facing.
