Hello, I am Virginia Gibala!

I'm a bilingual Spanish speaking licensed mental health counselor with 18 years of experience providing individual, family, and couples counseling to clients in need.

I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru and my Masters in mental health counseling from Webster University. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through holistic therapy overcome anxiety, depression, low self esteem, marital problems, family unhealthy interactions with others. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, family problems through self awareness and a holistic method . I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.
