Attending therapy can be incredibly powerful. And sometimes it can be scary. That’s why I strive to create an emotionally safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help you feel validated and understood, as you work through complex and difficult emotions. I have over 15 years of experience working with people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation issues, low self-esteem, chronic mental illness, and racism. I've also provided treatment in a variety of settings, including county systems, community mental health, and an intensive outpatient program.
We’ll work collaboratively to identify goals for your treatment. Your voice will always be valued and heard, and I will support you in gaining a greater sense of self, wholeness, balance, authenticity, and peace of mind.
You are beginning a journey that is fraught with overwhelming emotions. Let me partner with you to help you heal and live a fuller, richer life. I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental, and culturally-sensitive care, and I look forward to helping you work through your unique challenges.
