My goal is to help you feel validated and understood, as you work through complex and difficult emotions. I have over 15 years of experience working with people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation issues, low self-esteem, chronic mental illness, and racism. I've also provided treatment in a variety of settings, including county systems, community mental health, and an intensive outpatient program.
