Patricia Viscaino

Hello, I am Patricia Viscaino.

I am a licensed professional counselor associate, located in Texas. I Have been providing therapeutic services to clients for almost 3 years. I have worked with clients experiencing domestic abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety. Some of the therapeutic interventions I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma informed, rational emotive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
I earned my bachelors in psychology at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and my masters at Capella University. As a therapist I believe collaborating with the client is important so that we can explore the issues together. Gaining insight is beneficial for a client to understand the root cause of the behavior and intense emotion.
I will give you my unbiased, nonjudgmental support, to help you get to a place of acceptance. It’s best not to limit certain approaches, but they will be tailored to each client individually.
