My name is Michele. I was born in Wyoming and have lived in Colorado for over 30 years. I am a mental health clinician who is passionate about feeling well mentally and physically. I have experienced my own struggles with physical and mental health issues. I am down to earth and love to discuss deep topics with clients. I am known to provide clients with homework outside of therapy as working toward feeling better is a lifestyle change. It takes work to change lifestyles and habits that are mental and physical. I also discuss more "taboo" topics if they are appropriate to healing; such as sexuality and spirituality. I believe that these are a part of us as human beings. It is difficult to find healing as a whole person if we are to leave some of the pieces of you out. If you are ready to work and get to feeling better, I am the rite provider for you and will be here to support you along the path to healing.
