Hello, I am Katherine!

Congratulations! You’ve made the first step. You are seeking to make a change. The next steps are the most difficult ones. I am here to walk you through those steps. I earned my Bachelors from Central CT State University and my Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of CT. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships.

Sometimes, our past hurts and traumas can affect how we see ourselves, other people, and the world around us. They can affect our thoughts, feelings, and actions. They can cause us to act in ways that hurt the ones we love and go against our values, morals, and principles. You don't have to go through life's challenges alone or carry the burden of having to figure it all out on your own.

I firmly believe there is a solution to every problem and I'm here to help you find those solutions. My practice is client centered, client driven and is highly individualized. Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, codependency and those who struggle with motivation and self-esteem.
