Ju Ann "Esther" Park

LMFT

Welcome!

My name is Esther Park, and I am so glad that you are here. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that therapy is walking alongside people in their journey towards growth, processing, and healing.

I am here to honor your story, support your journey, and have you feel seen, safe, and heard. My style is warm, collaborative, and experiential. I have four years of clinical experience conducting individual, family, and couples’ therapy in county-based, school-based, and private practice settings.

I enjoy working with clients who seek to enhance self-awareness, process attachment injuries, and develop healthier interactional patterns. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, relational issues, anger, and grief/loss. I am trained in TF-CBT, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Nurturing Parenting and approach my clients from a strengths-based, systems-oriented, and attachment-based lens.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from University of California, San Diego, my Masters in Marital and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary San Diego, and currently working towards my Ph.D in Couple and Family Therapy at Kansas State University.

I am empathetic, hard-working, and passionate for your care! In my free time, I love to dance, make flower arrangements, shoot photography, and explore local neighborhoods. Thank you for your courage to embark on these steps-- I look forward to meeting you soon!
