Meeting with a therapist is an important part of overall health, not to mention, the best way to sort out difficult life circumstances. The work I do with my clients is focused on bringing them to a place of "something better" in their lives. I don't have any magical answers, but I can provide validation, fresh perspectives, a touch of guidance and a completely safe and non-judgmental environment for you to resolve the issues that have you on this site looking for a therapist.
I am a English only speaking Licensed Master Social Worker with 7+ years experience providing mental health services to those in need. I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a clinical concentration and military sub concentration. I've worked in several different clinical settings providing a wide range of mental health services and support.
So, is therapy right for you? Obviously, I think so. The long list of issues my clients bring into therapy are: Grief and loss, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues (Trust, Intimacy, Communication), Substance Use Issues, Trauma, Parenting Issues, Adjustment Issues, Anger Problems, Divorce Recovery, Self-sabotaging Behaviors, Loneliness, Shame, and Fear. The list could go on and on! Regardless of what you're dealing with, I hope you'll take steps to care for yourself. I'm currently accepting new clients and I'd love to chat with you and explore whether I'd be a good fit for helping you achieve your goals. Whether you choose to contact me or not, please continue your search for help.
Thank you for taking the first step and for allowing me to be part of this very important journey, I look forward to meeting you!
