Hi there! Welcome, my name is Joanna Arredondo and I am a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting diverse populations in a variety of settings including community mental health, Federally Qualified Health Centers and mobile crisis in conjunction with law enforcement agencies. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health through California State University, Fresno.
Through a client-centered, integrative (mind and body), collaborative process rooted in authenticity, compassion, non-judgmental and a respectful approach, we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, symptoms, and patterns to explore ways in which to alleviate your pain. Through this collaboration, we focus on identifying and/or enhancing existing strengths, copings skills, resources, and support system to cultivate self-compassion, resilience and assist you in overcoming challenges, navigate life stressors more effectively, enhance your relationships and improve the overall quality of your life. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where you allow curiosity to be a part of the journey to your best self.
