Hi, I am Jessica
I am a member of, and work closely within the LGBT community. I also have a passion for working with couple's on relationship issues and sexual dysfunctions. I am experienced in helping individuals with BPD and those with traumatic pasts.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience working with CBT, DBT, Existential, and Humanistic approaches providing therapeutic care to my clients. I attained my Master's in Counseling from Capella University. I have worked in outpatient therapeutic agencies ever since.
I work collaboratively with my clients in an empathetic and caring manner in order to assist my clients in their mental health journey towards best outcomes. I am passionate about my job and helping others. My passions are in working with the LGBT community and with couples and individuals with varying mental health needs. I am experienced with issues regarding anxiety, depression, BPD, OCD, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues and sexual dysfunctions.
I understand this may be a trying time for my clients, but I am here to offer a warm and welcoming environment to those who seek to improve their mood and interpersonal interactions. There is no problem too big or small to be able to be worked through. I am confident that together, we can find ways to alleviate your symptoms and work towards a more positive life.
