Jaceline Celestin is a Licensed Master Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are working through relationship issues, divorce, dating, parenting challenges, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, trauma, grief, and LGBTQ+ topics.
Jaceline hopes to provide a therapeutic space where individuals, couples, families, or groups feel empowered to make changes in their lives and relationships. In order to help clients reach their therapeutic goals, she utilizes methods including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while placing an emphasis on solutions-focused approaches, as well. Jaceline is also trained in mind-body medicine techniques, such as deep breathing, art therapies, and meditation.
Jaceline knows that it takes courage to acknowledge that certain behaviors or ideas no longer benefit us or our relationships. As a counselor, she'll help you see that the silver lining is that we have the power to change our lives. She believes that the past does shape us—but the road to our future can take us wherever we want. Therapy is about empowerment and growth without judgment or labels. Jaceline is excited to hear your story and is equally excited to help you reach your therapeutic goals. As a therapist, she believes that building a strong client-counselor alliance is key to progress, and will help create an individualized treatment plan that suits your needs.
