Hello, my name is Erica Hawkins

I'm passionate about enhancing the lives of others .

I'm a licensed Social Worker with approximately 10 years of Case Management , Individual Counseling and Intensive Home Based Therapy. I earned by Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Child Development from Kentucky State University and Master's Degree in Social Work and Health Care Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland , Ohio .

I am passionate about enhancing the lives of others mentally , emotionally , physically and cognitively . Through passion and clinical experience I will assist and partner with others to make a positive difference in their lives .

I have over 10 years in social service which include ; Individual and Intensive Home Base Therapy, Community Psychiatric Support Treatment , Diagnostic Assessment , Medical Social Worker including psychiatric assessment for patient presenting into the emergency department and identifying discharge planning based on patients identified needs.

I pride myself in being open minded , an active listener , assisting others in overcoming symptoms of depression and trauma .
I am fully committed to provide a safe space and offer my best practice to assist with steps towards change .
