I'm a licensed registered mental health counseling intern with five years of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy to clients in need.

I earned my Bachelors in psychology from Mercer University and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities. I have experience leading clients through relaxation and stress reduction techniques, cognitive restructuring, and behavior activation. I specialize in addressing anxiety and depression using cognitive behavioral therapy. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.
