Everyone is born with a set of unique experiences, gifting and personality. Therapy should utilize and capitalize on these unique qualities of each individual. Everyone experiences their own set of challenges in life. However, sometimes circumstances are more than someone can deal with alone. A good therapist will help to uncover, provide feedback, and talk with each individual about solutions to life's challenges.

It is important to have a therapist who will listen emphatically and provide therapeutic guidance in a way that each person is empowered to be the best version of themselves. I am Licensed Master Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been a practicing clinician since 2018. I've worked in many different clinical settings, working with adolescents and adults. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships.

I have experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues.
