Chee Her

LCSW

I am a bilingual, Hmong and English speaking, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide one on one individual and family psychotherapy to individuals ages 10 and up. I earned by Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from the University of California, Davis and my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus. I spent the recent years providing therapy to children and families in the foster care and adoption system as well as in various school settings in California. Recently, I have shifted my work to be with adults.

My training has been based on and is built around an attachment and trauma informed lens. I have been trained by the Child Trauma Academy in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. I take on a client centered approach and focus treatment on your individual perspective and needs. We will also take a closer look at your strengths and how to enhance those in helping you achieve your personal goals. Overall, I use an eclectic approach and will explore which type of therapy model will best fit your individual circumstance.

I look forward to meeting you!
