I am Caroline Duarte, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and trauma. I believe in providing a safe and healing place to work through life’s challenges.


My personal and professional life experiences have provided me with a strong foundation of patience and compassion to effectively help my clients. I strive to understand each client’s specific context and unique perspective, and view each counseling relationshiop as a collaborative endeavor.

I offer personalized, bilingual (English and Portuguese), evidenced-based services in a safe enviornment. My job as your therapist is to guide and support you on your healing journey towards living an abudant life.
