Hello, I am Carolina!

I'm a bilingual in Spanish licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years providing mental health services to clients in need.

I am of Christian faith, however, I accept and respect all of client's spiritual beliefs and religions.

I earned my Bachelors in psychology from San Diego State University and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Phoenix. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience navigating clients through their journey when they encounter different life challenges. I do this by using an integrative, individualized and collaborative approach, blending ideas from various treatment modalities in order to support the client in overcoming these challenges and achieving the best version of themselves. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addressing childhood mental health conditions, disorders and traumas, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, parenting, and other stages of life concerns . I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.
