Brittany Jimenez

Hi! My name is Brittany Jimenez.

I'm a licensed master social worker, pursuing my license in clinical social work.

I earned my Bachelors in Social Work from Lubbock Christian University and my Masters in Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington. I've worked with many different populations including trauma survivors, sex trafficking survivors, those experiencing grief. I am passionate about mental health and use my personal experiences with mental health to better assist my clients. I have experience leading clients through creating boundaries with family members, friends, and coworkers, building strong self care plans to help combat depression and anxiety, and providing solution focused therapy. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.

I approach the therapeutic relationship through listening first and providing insight after. You can count on my empathetic and person-centered approach towards every conversation we take part on. Thank you for taking the first step and for allowing me to be part of this very important journey.
