Brenda Greer-Jennings

Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. My first gig was working in schools, with adolescents, as a School Psychologists for many years. Then I took additional study to also be a Licensed Counselor in the community. My experience has been in two hospitals, behavioral units, along with schools. When I moved to Texas, I obtained their Counselor license.

A few years ago, I became credentialed to supervise counselors. I then worked as a counselor supervisor/trainer on the college level. When that ended, I began working for a health clinic in the Behavior Health Unit for three years plus. This is where I began to do telehealth counseling during the pandemic. I find this interesting, along with being helpful in especially rural communities. I work with teens and women's issues utilizing CBT, Person-Centered, and Gestalt techniques. My motto is "we can all learn new ways to improve ourselves".
