Arianny Marrero

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York.

I have a been in counseling for over 5 years now, providing talk therapy for clients in need, ages ranging from 13 and above. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Hunter College in 2013 and my masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counselor from Hunter College as well in 2017. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since.

My journey in psychotherapy began with my deep curiosity for understanding human behavior, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist who strives to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, and accepting environment catered to the individual needs and based on our mutual collaboration towards goals and improving their quality of life. I now feel honored to be able to guide clients experiencing substance use/abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, stress management, trauma treatment and major life changes to overcome barriers.
