I am an Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New Mexico with seven years of experience provide individual, family, group, and marital therapy to Clients in need. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from New Mexico State University and my Masters Degree from New Mexico State University. I have worked in many clinical settings ever since, including outpatiend, inpatient, Residential Treatment Care, Day Treatment, and online.

I am a passionate and empathetic Therapist with strong therapy abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familiial relatrionships. I have experience leading Clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Depression, Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Stress Disorder, and several other Diagnoses. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives.

I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I speciualize in addressing Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills.
