Philosophy of Care

I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of social services and have been a licensed clinician for over six years. I have worked with many diverse populations and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have 10 years of experience as a Corrections Counselor. I have worked for community mental health and have treated a wide range of identified needs ranging from; substance abuse, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Couples therapy, Trauma, ODD, ADD, Self-Esteem issues as well as impulse control and many other identified need areas.

I Specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, DBT Therapy and believe in being compassionate, non-judgmental and doing whatever is in the best interest of the client. I diligently assist clients in developing skills to assist them on their day to day functioning. I am passionate about helping others and firmly believes in active listening during treatment.
